Do you start out as a sociopath and evolve into a pyschopath or are they separate paths from birth? And is this a nature vs nurture question? Are neurons misfiring at birth or does some childhood trauma disrupt the natural course of things to create the monster known as a psychopath? Is such a person capable of standing trial?
